Support
Krisprad Health Companion
Help, privacy information and contact details for Krisprad Health Companion users.
Contact support
For assistance with the app, email info@krisprad.com.au.
Please include the app version, device model, operating-system version and a brief description of the issue. Do not email sensitive health information or activation keys.
Before contacting support
Check that the latest App Store version is installed, then close and reopen the app. Include the app version and iOS version when reporting a problem.
Information and portable backups
In Version 1, health information entered into the app is stored locally on the device. Before uninstalling or changing phones, open Settings and choose Export my data. Keep the exported JSON backup private because it contains the user’s profile and health information.
Restoring or deleting local data
Choose Restore from backup in onboarding or Settings to replace information on the device with a supported backup. Choose Delete all my data in Settings to clear the local profile, health records and practice-access data. Export first if the information may be needed again.
Connecting a participating practice
The standard Heart Companion experience does not require an account or activation key. A participating healthcare practice may sponsor a connected experience and supply an activation key. Nothing is purchased in the app. Before connecting, the app explains the limited practice-access information processed by Krisprad and its contracted service providers and asks for agreement. A key may be limited to one installation; contact the practice after replacing a device or if access is needed on another device.
Calendar, reminders and sharing
Calendar and notification access is optional. iOS asks for permission when it is needed. Users control when information leaves Heart Companion and should review exported reports and recipients carefully.
Privacy
Read about local storage, practice activation and information sharing in the Krisprad Health Companion Privacy Policy.
Urgent medical concerns
Krisprad Health Companion does not provide diagnosis, treatment or emergency advice. In an emergency, contact your local emergency services. In Australia, call Triple Zero (000). For non-emergency medical advice, contact a treating healthcare professional.
